Late check-out (after 10:00 AM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.
We allow arrivals between 3pm and 9:30pm. If you are going to arrive later, please notify us. Late arrivals are subject to a $10/hr charge.
Deposits
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required for all reservations for one or two nights. For reservations beyond two nights, a 50% deposit is required. If a reservation is made within fourteen (14) days of your stay, full payment is required at the time your reservation is made.
If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, please contact us at least 14 days prior to your arrival. We are happy to change your dates for no fee. If you cancel , we will refund your deposit with a 14-day notice minus a $25 cancellation fee, per room reserved. Cancellations within fourteen days (14) of your stay are non-refundable.
Balances due will automatically be charged 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days (14) of your stay are non-refundable.
Early departures
Guests leaving before their check out day, will be charged for their entire stay.
Guest Policies
Mountain Village Farm B&B is a fully licensed hospitality establishment, it is also our home. All guests are expected to treat staff, guests and property with courtesy & respect.
Quiet hours between 10pm - 7am
We reserve the right to ask any guest not following rules or being disruptive to other guests to leave without refund.
Late Checkout/Early Arrivals
Checking in or out at 1pm can be accommodated with a $25 fee.
Dogs
We do not allow dogs or pets. Please do not arrive with a pet. If you arrive with a pet for check in, you will not be allowed to check in and will forfeit your payment.
Farm animals
We have Chickens and Geese on the farm. please DO NOT feed them. Do not chase or harass them.
Farm
Guests may walk on the farm property. Do not open any gates to go into fenced in areas. Do not enter any barns without prior approval.
Smoking
We are non-smoking inside,and on the front porch. Guests who smoke must do so at least 25 feet from the building and are kindly asked to dispose of paraphernalia within the receptacle provided outdoors. Products used for smoking are not to be disposed of indoors at any time. If evidence of smoking is found within a guest's room we reserve the right to charge a $300 fee as well as any days the room is out of service for cleaning
Minors
All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We do not allow children under 16 to stay at the B& B.
Parking
Free parking is provided for the length of your stay.Please park in the lot in front of the B&B
Liability
All guests agree to be held personally liable for any charges incurred during their stay. In the event of a booking for more than one room (a group booking) the lead or registered guest (the lead guest) providing credit card details is personally liable for any person, group, company or association that fails to pay all or part of such charges. Mountain Village Farm B&B is not liable for loss, damage or theft of any personal belongings while you're staying with us.
Damage to Mountain Village Farm Property
We reserve the right to charge individual guests or lead guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to any portion of the property or structure.
